Ray Doan

Ray Lambert Doan, born May 8th, 1896 in Montezuma, IA,1 was a professional baseball instructor. He operated the Ray Doan Baseball School in Hot Springs, AR between 1933-1938.

Doan was a promoter for the House of David Baseball team. He lived most of his life in Muscatine, IA. He died there on July 30th, 1969 and was buried in Greenwood cemetery.2 .
